University Cashless provide all our clients with a full consultation service which will have an in depth look at your current operations and look at any time scales you may have. This consultancy stage is important as it helps in the decision of many aspects of your systems design such as database structure, requirements etc. We strongly believe that a thorough period of consultancy not only makes the entire process more efficient but it also helps provide the best value for money solution.

Project Management

The University Cashless project management team provide a comprehensive project management service to all our clients to ensure a smooth and swift installation process. From the outset we develop a detailed plan which outlines the project timeline and when certain aspects of the system are to be installed. To ensure that this happens we communiacte regularly with our clients, which helps them know what is happening as well.

Training

University Cashless offer all our clients a complete training package on all aspects of the system. These training packages can be broken down by user groups such as general POS users, supervisors, managers etc. where each group will use different functions. In addition to this we offer online support documentation and help for further assistance.

During the "Go Live" date of the system we have staff on-site to assist you in familiarising yourself with the new system and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

Customer Support

At University Cashless we believe strongly in looking after our clients and offer a level of customer support that covers all aspects of the system.

In addition to having online support documents we have a dedicated support team who can be easily reached by calling our support line or via email. All our advice and support is free to those clients whose agreement includes a support contract. University Cashless also use an innovative "dial in" service which allows us to almost instantly service any system which may be experiencing some technical difficulties or to guide users through a particular process.
