These training packages can be broken down by user groups such as general POS users, supervisors, managers etc. where each group will use different functions. In addition to this we offer online support documentation and help for further assistance. During the "Go Live" date of the system we have staff on-site to assist you in familiarising yourself with the new system and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
